  • How to Make Lemon Balm Tea

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of dried lemon balm leaves (or 3-4 fresh leaves)

1 cup of hot water (90-100°C)

Honey or lemon (optional)

Instructions:

Place the lemon balm leaves in a cup or teapot.

Pour hot water over the leaves.

Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes (longer for a stronger flavor).

Strain and enjoy. Add honey or lemon if desired.
